We see our role as helping our customers to fully
understand the loan then select San Diego Mortgage Planning handles every transaction in a manner that creates the highest degree of client satisfaction possible. We do this in three macro steps. 1. Our unique interview process lays the foundation for establishing priorities and putting the pieces to achieve the customer's financial goals. Armed with the knowledge of our client's short term and longer term financial goals, we customize a mortgage solution that helps our customers payment, equity and cash flow objectives. 2. Once we have an agreement with our customer on the best loan option and course of action, we work quickly and professionally to close the transaction smoothly with the least amount of inconvenience. 3. Once the loan closes, we're just getting started! Through consistent application of our database & client retention contact program, we stay in touch with our clients to make sure the strategy we've taken the time to create is achieving what we set out to accomplish. Our happy clients tell us we are doing the right thing by taking a bigger picture view of the home loan process and using the occasion to introduce wealth creation and preservation strategies.
